Job Responsibility:

1.Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts,

fabrication processes, tooling and production capabilities, assembly methods and quality control standards for the

production and accessories.. Effectively communicates with plant manager regarding the general direction of

departmental operations and department projects.

2.. Promote and participate in Targets program

3. Promote the process of the products

Qualifications:

1. BS Degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or equivalent degree

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, supervisory experience.

3. Strong computer skills required to efficiently utilize Word, Excel, Power Point, PM software.

4. AutoCAD

5. Good command of English understanding both in writing and speaking

6. Hard working, teamwork and strong communication skills
